Winslow Park, formerly known as Water's Edge, is a 207-acre greenfield community located along US Hwy. 78/GA Hwy. 10 in Athens, Georgia. Upon completion, this village will offer approximately 90,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and over 700 residential units of varying types.

Winslow Park is a mixed-use community, carefully balanced to minimize the need for residents to travel offsite in order to meet their daily needs. The adjacent greenbelt is woven into the sight by setting aside almost 40% of the total site area as open space. Several sites within the village are designated for future development as churches, a library, or other civic uses.
